What Nocturne does
Sleep readings beside your records
Pair Nocturne with your Oura ring, Whoop band, or a Garmin, Fitbit, Polar, Withings or Samsung device, and each night's sleep readings sit beside your medical history. You can bring both to your doctor.
What started when
Medicines are drawn from your records, and pharmacy fill dates appear when the records include them, so a new prescription is easy to place in time. Thyroid, iron and other lab values are laid out across months and years, each explained in plain language.
Your sleep study in plain language
If a past sleep study is in your records, or you upload one, Nocturne explains what the report says. You can take clearer questions to your doctor.
Questions about what changed
Ask what changed in your records around the time your sleep did, and Nocturne looks through your own file to answer. Answers are weighed a second time against what your records say before you rely on them.
What makes Nocturne different
Your nights next to your records
A device maker's own app, such as Oura's, Garmin's or Fitbit's, is built around that device's readings. Nocturne puts those readings beside your prescriptions, lab results and visit notes, so both sit in one place.
A chat that has your file
Unless you connect your records, ChatGPT, Claude or Grok has no way to know when you started a medicine or what your last thyroid result was. Nocturne finds both in your own records.
Connect the assistant you already talk to
Claude, ChatGPT or Grok can be linked to Nocturne, with you choosing what it may read. Disconnect any time in Triangle, and access stops immediately.
Cancel any month
Nocturne asks for a card to start its 7-day free trial, then $9 a month, and you can stop at any time. Triangle's only paying customers are members, not drug makers, labs or hospitals.

The team behind Nocturne
Nocturne is made in Pasadena, California, by Triangle (legal name Triangle Health, Inc.). Its CEO, Arun Verma, worked through his own medical research by hand after a 2023 brain tumor diagnosis, then founded Triangle together with Justin Balthrop, who helped found Bird, and Jonathan Grubb, so anyone could have that work done for them. Nocturne carries the same idea to people whose nights are part of the story.

The paperwork
Verify who you are, sign the consents, set who can see your profile, and pick a slot for an intake visit with a clinician.
Records and readings come in
Triangle handles the record requests over the national networks, while you connect your ring or watch and upload anything else, such as an old sleep study.
Ask, share, connect
Read over your health topics and medicines, ask what changed and when, and share the picture with your doctor or family; if you use an AI assistant, connect it too. Triangle's support address is support@trianglehealth.com, for anything you get stuck on.

Frequently asked questions
What does Nocturne do with my sleep data, and who makes it?
Nocturne sets your wearable's sleep readings beside your medical records. Triangle builds and runs it, so your login and your records sit with Triangle.
What will Nocturne cost once the trial ends?
Nocturne starts with a 7-day free trial; have a card ready to begin it. After that it's $9 a month, paid to Triangle, and you can cancel any time.
Is Nocturne a doctor or a sleep clinic?
No. Laying your nights beside your records is research and educational support, the only kind Triangle offers through Nocturne; diagnosing sleep problems, treating them and prescribing are not part of it. Your clinicians decide what it all means for your care.
Could my ChatGPT, Claude or Grok read my nights and records?
Yes. Give your assistant Nocturne's MCP address, https://app.trianglehealth.com/mcp; when Triangle asks you to sign in, choose which of your records and readings it can see. Step-by-step help for each assistant is on Triangle's site at trianglehealth.com/agents.
How is my Nocturne data protected?
Your nights and your records stay encrypted on the move and in storage, and Triangle, the company behind Nocturne, is HIPAA compliant. Nobody gets to buy your data or use it for advertising, and you alone pick who views your profile.
Is Nocturne a sleep program or a coach?
No. It doesn't give you a plan, track habits or coach your sleep. It keeps your sleep readings and medical records together so you and your doctor can look at them properly.
Which sleep readings come in?
For each night, Triangle keeps the totals your device reports, such as hours asleep, time in deep, light and REM sleep, time awake and how many times you woke. It doesn't keep the minute-by-minute stage chart.
Will records from my sleep clinic come through?
Not every practice or sleep clinic can be reached over Carequality and TEFCA, the networks Triangle uses. If a sleep study report doesn't come through, upload it as a PDF or a photo and Nocturne reads it with the rest.
